SPECIAL ROOMS
LOWER PRIMARY CLASSROOMS
The heart and soul of the Primary 1 experience; where students feel most at home in school. The layout and furniture are undergoing a revamp and will be done up by year end. Once completed, our children can look forward to a cosy environment, ergonomically suited and age appropriate. A space they will thrive in.
ART ROOMS | MUSIC ROOMS |
Learning the arts becomes interactive and highly engaging as these special rooms are equipped with interactive flat panel screens. Harnessing technology to enhance the learning experience for our digital native students.
LIBRARY
Students have spent many a happy hour getting lost in the sea of books (and board games) in the cosy confines of our library. Adjacent to the reading area is a performing arts studio where students enjoy dramatic arts based lessons.
BUTTERFLY GARDEN In TNPS, we believe strongly in the virtue of conducting learning outside of the classrooms. Our very own butterfly garden presents a marvellous opportunity for children to experience lessons coming alive. Our close proximity to nature (the nearby Eco Green) renders much fauna visitors to our garden. |
GREEN FOOD GARDEN The Green Food Garden is integral to some of our signature programmes at TNPS. Lessons are conducted here for the Primary 2 Outdoor PAL and our Learning for Life programme on Environmental Education. |
GREEN CORRIDOR
The uppermost level in the school happens to be one of the more cooling spots in the compound thanks to our Green Corridor that serves not only to cool temperatures but also to educate students on the benefits of plants.
ECO GARDEN
The soothing movements of the fishes swimming in the pond, as well as the gentle rustling of the trees and plants grant a respite from the hustle and bustle of school activities. Here, mini beasts such as snails and grasshoppers were observed during our Science and Art lessons.
